Arts West Side present ‘From The Earth’, a multi-faceted and uniquely diverse ceramics programme, independently led by local artists Aimee Bennett and Lucy Rogers. We aim to introduce, engage and educate the local community with the rich and varied history of ceramics in a contemporary and exciting way to develop new skills and friendships. Whether you already have an interest in ceramics, fancy t
urning your creative hand to exploring something new, or just want to have a laugh and meet new people, From The Earth provides something for just about everyone and anyone. These will cover a range of traditional and contemporary skills, including both creative sculptural techniques and the beautiful, alchemic art of glazing. Glazed and Confused (Paint it yourself sessions)

Our workshops will take place in the newly opened creative hub and arts cafe; Arts West Side.
