We may not like to admit it, but the nights are drawing in and colder weather will soon be here!

With energy bills and keeping our homes warm on everyone’s minds, Retrofit West are joining us at Westbury Happy Days this afternoon to talk about how you can Make Your Home More Energy Efficient.

They’ll be sharing practical advice, helpful information and ideas about ways to make your home warmer, more comfortable and energy efficient.

It’s a great opportunity to come along, have a cuppa, enjoy Happy Days and find out what support and options might be available to you.

We had a lovely afternoon at Sea Mills Happy Days yesterday.

Clarissa had created a wonderful Summer Memories activity booklet, giving everyone the chance to share memories, chat, reminisce and enjoy some fun activities together.

And, of course, no Happy Days afternoon would be complete without a good old singalong!

A lovely afternoon with a lovely group of people. ☀️

💜 Happy Days is expanding!

We are so excited to share some wonderful news.

After months of conversations, planning and getting to know each other, Happy Days Memory Café is expanding and being facilitated by incredible volunteers at New Brunswick URC in Southmead!

We are incredibly grateful to New Brunswick URC for embracing the Happy Days vision and working with us to bring a welcoming, friendly space to another community.

This is also a really exciting milestone for us as we begin franchising Happy Days Memory Café, helping us reach even more people living with dementia, their families, friends and carers.

📅 The first New Brunswick URC Happy Days is Wednesday 23rd September
🕑 2pm–4pm
📍 New Brunswick URC, Wigton Crescent, Southmead, Bristol BS10 6DY

Expect plenty of social interaction, reminiscence, activities, conversation, laughter and, of course, some Happy Days!

Carers and family members are welcome and must stay during the session.

We may have been small on numbers at Shire Happy Days today, but that certainly didn’t stop the fun!

Sweet Silent Disco brought the tunes, and our small but mighty group brought the singing, dancing and plenty of smiles.

A huge thank you to everyone for creating such a fun afternoon.
