Wow, how beautiful is this weather ☀️☀️this week is looking glorious, too hot to cook? Why not come along and pay is a visit and save melting in the kitchen!!!! This Wednesdays specails are Hunters chicken with dauphinois potatoes and vegetables, beef curry and rice, ham and cheese ploughman’s with crusty bread and for dessert a fruit flan. We look forward to seeing you all again this week ☀️

Another busy weekend for us here, we hope you have all had a wonderful weekend. We are bringing back some home comfort foods this week, getting you ready for another bank holiday weekend. This week we will have Cumberland sausage, with creamy mash and vegetables, Lasagna with garlic bread and salad and for pudding we have a rhubarb and apple crumble with custard. Looking forward to seeing you all again this week

Wow, what a busy week we have had!!!! Two combination finals, two end of season dinners and a couple of bbq’s thrown into the mix!!!! We have had a couple of days to recover and we are straight back into another busy week. This week’s specials are Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding vegetables and potatoes, Chilli and rice with tortilla chips, our salad of the day is going to be a chicken and avocado salad, for dessert an old school sprinkle sponge cake with custard. We look forward to seeing you all this week. ❤️

It looks like we were in full on day off mode yesterday and forgot to post this weeks specials 🤦‍♀️ Tomorrow’s specials are Chicken in a white wine and tarragon sauce with vegetables and potatoes, a homemade goats cheese and red onion quiche served with chunky chips and salad garnish. The salads that we have put on the past couple of weeks have gone down a storm, so this weeks salad will be a tuna nicoise. For pudding we have a brioche bread and butter pudding with custard.

This Wednesdays specials are beef and vegetable pie with new potatoes and veg, Thai red chicken curry with rice, a chicken and bacon Caesar salad and for dessert a chocolate sponge with chocolate sauce. Why not come along and enjoy a great company and an even better meal for amazing value.

Isn’t this weather just beautiful at the moment? I think we have all needed the lift that a little vitamin D can bring. Hopefully we can bring a little sunshine to your Wednesday with this weeks specials , this week we have good old sausage, mash with vegetables and onion gravy, chicken katsu curry with rice, we have been asked the past few weeks if we could have a salad dish with the warmer days coming, you asked and we are listening, so this week we also have a ham and cheese ploughman’s with pickles and crust roll. For dessert we have a creamy rice pudding. We are looking forward to seeing you all

We are sorry, for some reason yesterday’s menu didnt get posted!!! This Wednesdays specials are Pork loin with a pink peppercorn sauce, vegetables and potato, Hunters chicken with chunky chips and for dessert a homemade mascarpone cheesecake with a mixed berry compote, don’t fancy a big lunch? No worries, we still serve smaller plates such as paninis, burgers, sandwiches and a lot more

This Wednesdays specials are Lamb hotpot with vegetables, gammon, egg and chips and for dessert a spotted dick sponge with custard (because we couldn’t do it a couple of weeks ago, we thought we would try again!). No this isn’t an April fools!!! Please don’t forget that the cafe is closed this Wednesday for a large event. We will be open Thursday and Friday serving delicious breakfasts ready to fuel you for the day and set you up for the perfect Easter weekend celebrations.
