The story of  Table began with a detail we discovered while the place was still under construction:
an “St. James St.” inscription etched into the wall, dating back to the 1800s.
In that moment, we realized this was more than just a space;
it carried a soul that would bridge the past and the present.

We wove that spirit into every plate, every detail.
