RABBIT CROCCHETTE

What started out as a rabbit stew with pesto quickly and totally by accident became what you see here.

When we first opened the doors to Vine street -space was a premium so we didn’t have the capacity to have a hot starter from the stove.

Rabbit Crocchette with pesto quickly became our top seller - we often joke that it paid for our Hove restaurant and here we are nearly 10 years later.

Sometimes the old ones are the best.
