Curry Leaf Cafe serves South Indian street food & craft beer from two colourful and unique dining spots in Brighton: the original Brighton Lanes Cafe and its Kemptown Kitchen in the eastern part of the city. Since opening its doors in April 2014, featuring in BBC Good Food Magazine’s ‘12 Best Indian Restaurants in Britain’ article, being listed as a 'Local Gem' in the Waitrose Good Food Guide every year since 2015 and more recently being named the ‘UK’s Best Craft Beer Restaurant’ at the SIBA Awards for the second year running. The menus at both sites change according to season, featuring high-quality locally sourced meats & vegetables combined with the finest imported Indian spices for maximum flavour. Around half the menu is vegetarian, and a wide selection of vegan, gluten- and dairy-free dishes is offered throughout the day. As well as offering hot takeaway food for home delivery via the Deliveroo app/website, the brand also delivers chilled, reheatable versions of its award-winning restaurant dishes to homes in Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Worthing, Shoreham, Haywards Heath, Hassocks and many other areas through its new ‘Curry Leaf Cafe at Home’ online ordering service.
