it’s Hay Markets day tomorrow! and i’ll be there with lots of the usual treats from freshly baked bagels to salad boxes (got some gorgeous new ones on stall tomorrow!!) and lots of sweet treats too! hope too see you there!

Don’t forget this sunday we are launching our new (or old depending how long you’ve been following us! 😅) roast dinner takeaways! pre orders are preferred as we have no idea how busy it will get on the day!!

Hi Guys!

hope you’ve all had a great weekend, we had a very wet but successful market day on saturday! so once again thankyou to all who came!

Here’s an update on what we’re up to this weekend! Friday night you can find us in Bronllys at The riverside caravan park & swimming pool, where we will be serving up a Thai & Chinese fusion menu! booking welcome! serving 5.30-8.30

and then on Sunday we are once again bringing back our Sunday lunch menu! for delivery (small fee) or collection from the truck in hay on wye

Feels like ages since i was last at the market! even though it was only last week! but a lot has been happening 😅

Anywho we are slightly more rested than last week and back to it tomorrow at my usual spot on the square for Hay Markets with lots of freshly baked eats and treats!

And just like that Hay festival 2026 has come to an end!

it’s been an absolute whirlwind this last 2 weeks! but we’ve had a blast! from 4am starts to baking on the truck, the whole family has been involved! kids running around in the sunshine, bagels for days, menu changes and so much more!

I’ve met some absolutely amazing people on site GypsyCastle Camping Hay on Wye and as tired as i am i’ve had such a great 2 weeks! We’ve only lived in Hay for 5 years but i’ve always loved the buzz of the festival and now I just love what does for our special little town!

We’re having a relaxing few days off but will be rested and ready for my favourite market of the month and that is the hay monthly market next saturday!

Thankyou to all that visited during the festival! i’m already looking forward to the next one!! 😅

Hi Guys! well that was a crazy day at Hay Markets today! a total sell out! and it was a scorcher!! but now we are back at the truck tonight serving up an indian feast! from GypsyCastle Camping Hay on Wye you can find everything from butter chicken flatbread to beef bhuna or chicken tikka curries, lots of other options too! and even some lighter meals! you can call or text to pre order or just pop by the campsite! you don’t have to be staying with us to dine!
