Soboneless Chix - Gangnam 💃🏻 🕺🏽 : featuring KBBQ sauce drenching 💧 over our hand herb panko boneless fried chicken🍗 pieces. Finished off with sprinkles of sesame seeds & spring onion 🧅 for that added crunch contrast! These absolutely flew off the handle at 🍸 pop ups! For all those non spicy heads this is the one! 1️⃣ ✌🏾 ❤️

The Full Clip Platter! 🤩Enough for 2 or one hungry mother..F! Inspired by the Thali/Mezze spirit 👻 of doing things, this boxmeal has all our big hitter 🥊 flavors in one tray! 2x 🥩 brisket slices, oak 🪵 smoked 8-12 hours, half rack of babyback pork 🐽 ribs oak smoked 6-8 hours and dripping in our homemmade Dr Pepper 🥤 sauce! 2x soboneless hot chix 🍗, 2 signature smoked bangers, homemade mac n cheese, 🫕 homemade slaw, homemade blue cheese🧀/chipotle 🌶️ dips and our rosemary parmey chips 🍟 there may be a bit of a shuffle round this year on platters, keep an eye 👁️ on socials for any announcements coming up please 🙏 ? ✌🏾 ❤️

Soboneless Hot 🥵 Chicks 🐥 ! Boneless chicken thighs, marinated overnight 🕛 then hand 🫳🏼panko’d. deep fried in rapeseed oil, then tossed in a tweaked Franks hot 🌶️ sauce! Dip them in our homemade bluecheese for a cooling contrast. Served with sprinkles of carrot and celery (the buffalo 🦬 way) tender, juicy and a flavorful mouth watering 🤤 explosion 💥

Brizzy! 🤩Just 2 slices ✌🏾of our 🥩 British Brisket, marinated in mustard olive 🫒 oil salt pepper paprika 🌶️ , oak smoked for 9-12 hours with a talo or goose 🪿 fat wrap finisher! Serve that with homemade slaw, pickles and optional carby brioche for babtastic bites! No gimmicks, just pink smoke rings & mouth melting 🫠 meat 🍖 🤌🏾😘

The Ribzilla! 😍1/4 Dr Pre oak smoked baby back ribs, 🐽 deboned, with a homemade jalapenos 🌶️ mac n cheese 🧀 ball, dripped in homemade chipotle 💦 , layed on pickles 🥒 , homemade slaw 🥬 all sandwiched in a toasty seedless brioche bun. Squish and demolish! 🦖 🤤

Our Boneless Baby back rib meat loaded fries 🍟 , 6-8 hour smoked homemade Dr Pepper BBQ sauces rib meat, deboned and chucked on some rosemary parmesan triple cooked chunky chips 🍟 , with our triple onion 🧅 combo (picked red, crispy dried, truffle honey fried), jalapenos 🌶️ and or gherkins , Taw Valley Cheddar 🧀, with homemade blue cheese and OG mayo lashed onto it!
