Today is one of those days every food business owner knows well... the Environmental Health Officer is came to visit!

I've spent the last few days making sure everything is exactly as it should be; paperwork checked, cleaning records updated, temperatures logged, and my kitchen looking its absolute best. 🧽👩‍🍳

As much as it's a nerve-wracking day, it's also a chance to show the care, standards and hard work that go into every single order that leaves The Lancashire Kitchen.

Running a food business from home means wearing many hats, and today the food safety hat was firmly on! 🤞

I'll find out in a few days what score I get, I'm feeling pretty good about it though! 😉
