We're looking for an experienced and driven **Restaurant Manager** to lead our new Wall Street Burgers location.
**Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Hire, train, and develop new staff
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
✅ Follow up on customer complaints and bad reviews to improve guest experience
✅ Grow sales by attracting new customers and building the Wall Street Burgers brand in Derby
✅ Manage labour costs, reduce waste, ensure accurate ordering, and deliver profit targets
✅ Lead by example and create a positive, high-performing team culture
**Requirements:**
✔ Minimum 1 year Restaurant Manager experience
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Passion for customer service and business growth
**What We Offer:**
💰 Starting salary: **£40,000 per year**
🎯 Performance bonus opportunities
📅 Minimum 5 days per week
