A little update from us 💚
We wanted to be open and honest with our lovely Coffee Shack community about some changes that will be happening over the coming weeks.
Like many small independent businesses, we have been facing increasing costs, and despite doing everything we can to keep things running as they have been, we have reached a point where we need to make some difficult changes to help keep Coffee Shack open and sustainable.
As part of these changes, we will be reducing our staffing levels. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for us, especially because our team has been such an important part of Coffee Shack and many of you have got to know and love them over the years.
During the week, there will often be just one person running the shop. We will always do our very best to serve everyone as quickly as possible, but during busier periods there may occasionally be a slightly longer wait than usual.
We would really appreciate your patience, kindness and understanding while we adjust to this new way of working. A friendly smile, a little patience and your continued support genuinely mean more than you know 💚
Coffee Shack is a business we have worked incredibly hard to build, and these changes are being made because we want to give it the best possible chance of continuing to serve our wonderful community.
