Here’s my latest creation. This cake was so big I could hardly lift it. The theme - Everest Base Camp.

The sponge is carrot cake with orange marmalade and orange buttercream, covered in fondant.

This was a challenge. I thought it would be easy to design and create the mountain peak 🙄.

Tell me what you think (as long as you’re kind 🤣🤣🤣). My customer used the word ‘incredible’ - I’ll take that! 🙌🙌

This is Gluten Free and nut free, so it doesn’t have marzipan 😱. Covered in pretty Fondant flowers. I hope you like it!
