Sadie’s Kitchen www.sadieskitchen.co.uk I’m Sadie, I love nothing more than being in the kitchen and bringing people together over great food.

For a long time I’ve dreamt about creating Sadie’s Kitchen and helping people feel confident to host friends and family around their own dining table. Great meals should be about delicious food and great company. Sadie’s Kitchen exists to take all the stress away so you don’t have to worry about menu planning, shopping for ingredients or food preparation. We’re making entertaining easy by doing all the hard work for you!!! I trained with Leith’s and have created a fabulous kitchen in Billericay, Essex where we make beautiful, fresh and most importantly, great tasting food for you to enjoy in your own home. We would love for you to follow and come along on this journey with us

Thank you for bearing with us!

We have now launched the next Midweek Suppers menu on the website.

After a fabulous day on Sunday at National Billericay Day we thought we would continue with a similar menu, so if you tried some of our Flatbreads and Nachos on Sunday you can now order similar ones to have at home 😊.

We also had a few requests for the Goulash and Spaetzle to be brought back, your wish is our command … and we have of course included some sweet treats too 😊

As always, we will have done all of the hard work for you. Just place your order on the website, collect your dishes from the Kitchen (CM129DX) and finish them at home with some simple instructions.

This menu is for collections on the 17th, 23rd, 24th, 30th September and the 1st October.

We look forward to seeing you in the kitchen soon!

We will be popping up for National Billericay Day alongside The Railway Billericay and The Crown

It would be great to see you there!

We have lots of delicious things on the menu, perfect with a drink in hand and some live music. Hopefully there will also be some sunshine to boot 💕

On Sunday 13th September, the whole of Billericay High Street will be coming together to celebrate National Billericay Day!

The day starts with a Community Celebration and Parade from 11am, before the High Street comes alive with celebrations, activities and lots going on throughout the afternoon and into the evening.

And we’re very excited to announce that Sadie’s Kitchen will be popping up alongside The Railway Billericay and The Crown!

The two pubs will be joining forces to create one fantastic space right in the heart of the High Street, with tables in the street, plenty of drinks and live music throughout the day!

Mena – 12.30pm
Monkies Wedding – 3.30pm

And Sadie’s Kitchen will be there serving up some delicious food to enjoy alongside the music and drinks from 12.00! 😋

It’s going to be a fantastic day of community, music, food, drink and celebration – so get the date in your diary!

Our summer break should be over now, but I’m heartbroken to say we lost our beautiful Spud at the weekend.

I’m finding it incredibly hard, so will be a little late releasing our next suppers menu. I hope to have it ready by the weekend.

All other events will be going ahead as planned.

We had the best time on Saturday catering a fab wedding for a lovely couple.

The Bride and Groom chose a San Sebastián Pintxos vibe for the evening food which worked brilliantly.

We didn’t manage to get many photos before the guests tucked in but here are a few. Thanks to Party Buddy for snapping a few quick pictures while we laid the food out.

And thanks to Merry Lakes - Luxury Countryside Escape in Essex. What a stunning venue!!

Lastly as always, thanks to my amazing team! You worked your socks off and delivered another fabulous event!

It was a 3am start this morning to collect this beautiful sashimi grade tuna for a special event this weekend.
