We're nearly a month in to our residency at It's been a great few weeks and we've loved it so far!
If you've visited us you might have noticed that we have quite a small and concise menu. It's for a few reasons but the main one is that we've put together our menu so that all the combinations we offer work. We work really hard on making sure the toppings on our pizzas are balanced and hope this comes across when you try our food! We're also a very small team (2!) so want to make sure that we're not drowning ourselves in food prep throughout the week. It's why we don't offer a 'build your own' pizza with optional toppings.
Having said all that, got in touch with us about trying out some of their amazing produce and we couldn't resist adding their Merguez sausage to our menu. It's always been very important to us to work with local, independent businesses where we can, so this really ticks all the boxes.
Merguez Sausage, Red Onion, Tomato, Mozzarella, finished with Parsley and 24 Month Aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
