Over the past few months, we’ve refined every part of the Yammas experience. Introducing a new series from our kitchen, exploring the ingredients, preparation and attention to detail behind every plate.

We begin with our grilled lamb cutlets, served with a silky aubergine purée, seasonal vegetables and a rich red w**e jus. The tender lamb is complemented by the delicate flavour and smooth texture of the aubergine, while the vegetables bring freshness and the jus provides a deep, savoury finish.
