This part of August always sees lots of enquiries start coming in ahead of the final stretch of the year as the summer starts to come to an end.

I am now partnered with several venues alongside some stunning staycation properties and still bringing that private dining experience to your home.

A range of menus and dining styles are available from formal to as casual as you like.

The only thing that doesn't change is the quality 👩‍🍳

*As always availability is given out on a live basis and dates aren't held without a deposit*

It's been a busy June.
Infact my busiest June since I started!

Full of a variety of events, including a BBQ pictured above for 100 guestes (luckily that day was slightly cooler)

I will be mostly taking a pause over the summer ahead of an exciting kitchen renovation, ready to tackle business September onwards. It may feel a while off but the Autumn/Winter dates always fill up way in advance so don't delay if you want to secure your date!

💫Crispy chocolate and dulce de leche tart with vanilla creme fraiche and raspberries 💫

A recent addition to the dessert menu and proving popular.

A Crunchy base topped with a layer of dulce de leche, a layer of chocolate ganache and finushed with a sprinkle of salt.

A customer recently said 'I don't know what's inside that but it was bloody delicious' couldn't agree more!

I’m excited to share that I’ll be hosting a supper club at Hello Josephine on 20th June.

The evening will consist of a six-course tasting menu featuring some of my most popular dishes, with a bar available to purchase drinks throughout the night.

The menu will showcase fantastic produce from the local suppliers I work with and I look forward to talking through the dishes and sharing my journey of becoming a private chef.

My sharing menu has been hugely popular lately, with people choosing a selection for a lunch or dinner gathering
Starting off with my signature focaccia each dish is then brought out from the kitchen as and when it's ready and talked through and it makes for such a social evening, allowing guests to enjoy a large range of ingredients, tastes and textures in one meal 👩‍🍳

There’s a point in the year when the produce is at it's best and we are very nearly there

Asparagus, lamb, fresh peas, rhubarb, wild garlic, strawberries.
It's an endless list.

Over the years, I have been taught countless ways to prepare and cook these ingredients, yet I’ve found that simplicity brings out their true brilliance.
No need to peel asparagus within an inch of it's life, or do 30 different things with your peas.

Just cook and enjoy. Or get me to cook for you 😉

Private dining at home is absolutely having a moment.
People are hosting friends and family and booking a chef to take the stress out of it all.
It's affordable, it's intimate and there's no 2 hour turnaround time on your table.
Menus tailored to your preferences and no clearing up, what's not to love?!
