The talented team at Olive Tree have gone all-out to create a clever & highly creative menu celebrating the very best our shores & countryside has to offer.
From a delicate Confit Salmon starter with fresh peas & notes of elderflower, to their exciting take on roast summer Pork Belly, served with fermented apple sauce & a handcrafted caramelised shallot tart tatin, all rounded off with a flavoursome cheese course & elevated interpretation of Eton mess, this will be summer on a plate!
