Find pan-fried pigeon breasts with raspberries, almond dukkah, chicory & raspberry dressing, alongside jerk lamb kidneys with green mango, Scotch bonnet hot sauce & coconut yoghurt.

Slightly surprising, adventurous, with flavours inspired by all over and ever-evolving as the seasons unfold. Best enjoyed with a perfectly paired glass of w**e (or two)…🥂

On mains: confit Creedy Carver duck leg with lentils & romesco, and pan-fried line-caught po***ck with tomato butter sauce. To start, Sam’s rabbit & chorizo terrine with roasted peach & focaccia comes highly recommended 🍑👌
