🤗 BARROW IN FURNESS…WE’RE VERY EXCITED!!! 🤗

✨We know it’s been a while since we’ve refreshed and updated our menu so over the last few weeks Pedro, Tom, Mig & Dan have been working hard on precisely that!

They’ve got their heads together…they’ve ummed and ahhhed a bit, argued a few times and laughed a lot but eventually they’ve come up with a menu that includes all your favourite dishes and a few new ones…what are your thoughts on these?

🤩 Costolette Di Maiale - Tender pork ribs with a rosemary & balsamic glaze

😋 Pappardelle Al Ragu Di Manzo - Pasta tossed in a slow braised beef and rich red wine tomato sauce

Oh…and we’ve also added a sirloin steak choice to our grill section 🥩 not to mention improved our dessert menu!

Keep an eye out for daily specials as well 😉

We’re just ironing out a few minor details and hoping to have this ready to launch very soon so keep an eye out for a few pics coming your way over the next few days 😊

Introducing Niamh…

Niamh has been with us for about 4 years now and we have her to thank for all the brilliant videos here on FB & Tictoc!

Introducing our fabulous head chef Mig…

Mig has been with us for nearly 4 years now starting as sous chef and being promoted to “kitchen boss” earlier this year…

He is a well traveled chef having worked in senior kitchen roles in Hong Kong, Phillipines, Scotland and then relocated to Barrow In Furness over 18 years ago.

His favourite dishes to cook for our customers are the steak dishes…and by the amount of steaks we cook every week it looks like you agree!

He won’t like us telling you this but his nickname is “Mig muffins” please don’t ask us why 😂😂
