Cult! X Indie Füde 🍷 & 🌱🧀

Join us for another evening - exploring the world of Cult! Plant-Based Che*se and wine.

We’ll be tasting a selection of products from Cult! one of Ireland’s most exciting plant-based producers, alongside a range of carefully matched wines. Whether you’re vegan, dairy-free, plant-curious, or simply love discovering great food and drink, this relaxed tasting is a chance to experience how flavourful and sophisticated modern plant-based che*se can be.

Throughout the evening, we’ll guide you through each pairing, chat about the craft behind the products, and explore what makes a great wine and che*se match - without the dairy.

Welcome to ‘Flavour-maxxing’, a series* where we take things up a notch ☝️👆🆙⬆️🔝

First up: Cashew Blue
Summer=salad=boring? Not around here!

Roasted beetroot & red onion, green leaves, roasted salted nuts and a maple Dijon vinaigrette salad that is anything but boring.

The “science” behind it. Earthy and sweet beetroot and red onion. Salty Cashew Blue. Crunchy nuts. Fresh leaves. Sweet and punchy vinaigrette. Is your mouth watering yet? It just ✨ WORKS ✨

Cut beetroot and red onion into wedges, season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Roast at 200C for 35/40 min.
Plate your greens and top with roasted veg, bite sized pieces of Cashew Blue, chopped nuts, some edible flowers around? Add them too!

Maple Dijon vinaigrette:
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp acv
1/4 cup olive oil
Add everything to a jar and SHAKE to emulsify.
Drizzle over salad.

Enjoy!!

Look, I love tomatoes and tomato pie but I need my pizza to be cheesy (but not coconut-y or feet-y) so I’ll 100% be there cause I’m not missing this!!

Well apparently it’s ✨National Fudge Day✨ so we couldn’t let it just go by without talking about one of our most loved wedges, Fudge & Pecan!! 🍬 🍯

Since its inception it’s been blowing minds and tastebuds everywhere it goes. Not everyone’s cup of tea but those who love it? Oof! You don’t want to stand between them and their F&P 😍🤭

I still don’t know what came over me when I created this one but I’m sure glad I did!!

Our (your!!) tote bags are here!!! 🙌

First merch drop ever and hopefully not the last one as we already have lots of cool ideas for the next one!

We’ll be sending these out to those who got them as crowdfunder rewards and we’ll have some up on the website as well if you want to keep spreading the cheesy word 🌱 🧀 ✨

✨ Gratta spotlight ✨

We thought we’d shine a light on this hero 🙌
Hard, super umami and perfect to grate over ERRYTHING! It lasts ages and it adds a lovely saltiness to dishes. It’s the one we use the most in our kitchen 👩🏽‍🍳

Made from our same cultured cashew base, we turn it into a block to satisfy our (ok my!) need to grate away over pasta, pizza, to finish off a spring greens tart or to zhuzh up mushrooms on toast.

And if you haven’t tried it yet, this is what people have been saying:
