One of our current favourites - Duck Laab.

This traditional dish from North-Eastern Thailand is a hands-on experience. Tender minced duck, served alongside betel leaves, cucumber, cabbage and green beans. Topped with dried chillis, crispy garlic, shallots, coriander and Vietnamese mint.
