We've had messages asking why we aren't opening this Winter.

We love the people of Bala and surrounding areas so much, you all support us loads. The reality is there just isn't enough people around to make it worth opening the shop. As the years pass by our costs are ever increasing so we need more and more sales to even open the doors.

Cookies give us the opportunity to bring our tasty treats to your door all over the UK.

Bwrw Glaw, pronounced booroo gl (ow- as in ouch) it means rain 🌧

Unhinged things that have happened in our ice cream shop this year, part 1 (We could write a book 😅)
Someone stuck their chewing gum on our wall behind them, whilst waiting in line
Someone handed staff a bloody tissue to put in the bin
Assumed I'm not the owner and thought my male colleague is
Customer so drunk at a festival they tried to pay in euros (we were in Wales 🤭)
Families letting their children lick the scoop cabinet glass for the second time 🙃

SINGLE PARENTS!!

I've been solo parenting while my husband has been away for almost 2 weeks now and ermagawd it has been intense. Huge chappeau to my parents for helping us for a couple of days. My husband gets back tomorrow!!

But honestly, these last two weeks have given me a whole new level of respect for single parents. HOW DO YOU DO THIS ALL THE TIME?! 😅❤️
