Right guys, I need to clear something up after someone accused me & my business of being "dodgy"...all because I don't like doing collections from my home address and because this person couldn't find my Food Hygiene certificate on the FSA site...

1.. She spelt the business name incorrectly. The search has to be EXACTLY how the business name is registered on the site..so Bird's The Word!! is what you have to search..

2.. When I did show her the certificate she pointed out it was from 3 years ago..which is correct. Food businesses ran from a home address get inspected every 3 years. Mine ran out in June, I was contacted in July and the date was set for tomorrow (30th September at 10am) for my next inspection.

3. In 3 years of business, I have put 100% into each and every order, to remain consistent in the food we serve, whether you're a first time customer or a returning one. If I make a mistake (which I have) I will deal with that professionally & immediately.

I don't like being accused of being "dodgy"
