About the Chef:
Rihanna is a young and ambitious Pastry Chef whose passion for desserts and creative baking techniques lead her to embark on a ‘grate’ journey around the world, learning and developing her own skills as a Pastry Chef. Academic & Practical Training:
Not only has she developed her training academically at Johnson’s & Wales University, FL and the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality Institute, Chaguaramus; but also ‘solidified’ her skills by learning from some of the best Pastry Chefs internationally. Her pastry knowledge focuses strongly on French Pastry techniques. By the way, she also has a double major Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Management ;)

Rihanna was awarded several apprentice positions at top restaurants in the US, among them, none other than Morimoto NYC - a true testament of her skills and talent. About the Company:

The Dessert Lab is a small bake shop which caters desserts and tea plates for small events. We produce an assortment of desserts, cakes, and breakfast pastries. All items are made specific to order and each is created uniquely per client. We use only the finest ingredients available and try our best to support local suppliers within the community when possible. At The Dessert Lab, we enjoy creating new concoctions and different flavour profiles that are tantalizing to your taste buds, so don't be afraid to request something new ;)
