TEAM BONN 🍕

We thought we’d do a little introduction, as you’ll see a few of us in Bonn. We are two couples with young children, we lived on the same street in Glasgow and have ended up on the same street in the east Neuk. We can’t help but think this was an adventure waiting to happen. (Left to right)

Ryan - Head Chef
A successful career in acting, side hustle in a taco truck and now venturing into the life of pizza chef. Loves to cook up a feast and a cracking party host.

Hannah - FOH / Interiors
You may know her as DI Bartlet, solving crimes. In reality she’s more into hanging out with pals and befriending dogs.

Jaye - Social Media / Interiors
A life of various roles in arts and events, set up Aeble C***r with Grant 5 years ago, now works in events at DCA - you’ll probably find her boring people with Titanic facts.

Grant - FOH / Bar
Prior to Aeble Grant had be entertaining us with his drumming for over a decade - then turned to a life of advocating proper c***r. Now curating and serving tasty drinks to accompany your pizza!

One thing we all definitely have in common is good food, drinks, travelling, in amongst the chaos of family life. We have all been inspired by pizza from New York, but using Scottish ingredients where we can. We appreciate everyone’s support so far, bare with us while we figure out running a restaurant!
