What a day. 3am start - 8pm finish 🙃

A massive thank you to every single person who came out to support us today. To sell out is an incredible feeling, and we genuinely appreciate every order, every kind word and everyone who keeps coming back to support Wild Fire Catering Co.

And to everyone who turned up in the rain just to grab some food from us — we honestly can’t thank you enough. It means more than you probably realise.

We always try to share the love, and today was no different. We made sure to pass some food on and spread a little bit of the Wild Fire love where we could.

And of course… we always have to treat ourselves too!

A well-earned sweet box after another busy one.

We’re back at Picket Piece Village Hall tomorrow from 3pm–5pm serving up our low & slow BBQ.

The smokers will be fired up and we’ll have plenty of your favourites ready to go — from juicy ribs and jerk chicken wings to Texas hot links, burgers, mac ’n’ cheese and all the sides.

A quick heads-up: our Pulled Beef Burger has already SOLD OUT for tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who has pre-ordered!

There’s still plenty of other good stuff available, so come down early, grab some food and enjoy a proper Sunday BBQ.

Autumn is coming… and we’ve been working on something a little different.

Introducing our Cherry Amaretto BBQ Sauce.

Rich, smoky and sweet, with deep cherry flavour and a subtle almond note from Amaretto. It’s the perfect sauce for those colder autumn evenings and pairs brilliantly with smoked pork, ribs, pulled beef and anything cooked low and slow.

We’ve been testing this one behind the scenes, and it’s almost ready to make its debut at Wild Fire Catering Co this sunday.

Think smoky BBQ, autumn evenings and a sauce that brings something completely different to the plate.

THE WILDFIRE CATERING CO IS BACK!

Our next monthly BBQ pop-up is coming to Picket Piece Social Club on Sunday 27th September, 3pm–5pm.

We’ll be bringing the smoker, firing everything up low & slow, and serving up a proper selection of real BBQ.

On the menu:

Our full range of Wild Fire burgers, including The Mexican, The Western, The Buffalo, Pulled Beef & Pulled Pork

Jerk chicken wings, cherry cola baby back ribs, pulled pork, pulled beef & Texas hot links

Mac ’n’ cheese, including the Piggy Mac, Macky B & Beany Mac

Tater tots, pit beans, coleslaw & potato salad

And for dessert… fresh smoked crumble & custard

Whether you're grabbing a burger, loading up on smoked meats or just fancy a proper Sunday afternoon feed, come down and support your local BBQ.

We trialed a new Cherry cola glaze for our Ribs and i think its safe to say it turned out incredible

Last Chance to Order!

Don't miss out on one of our delicious Wildfire Catering meat platters this Sunday, available for collection between 4:00pm and 6:00pm from the Village Hall.

We also have our normal menu available that doesn't require preorder.

Pre-orders close tomorrow at 12:00pm (midday), so be sure to get yours in before it's too late! You can order by simply sending us a direct message.

Why not make an evening of it? The Village Hall will be open with indoor seating and a fully stocked bar, so you can relax with a drink while enjoying your BBQ feast.
