We have drawn on our heritage of old secret recipes created in 1950, when our generation created dishes for goodwill Ambassadors, repres

entatives from around the world acting as defence attaches at the Royal Thai Embassy. The recipe were originally created in the kitchen of Earl Nontaprecha’s house by his daughter-in-law namely Boontiem, and now you can enjoy them and all their diversity of flavour.
