England are back in action and we’ll be showing every minute LIVE on our HUGE GARDEN SCREEN from 9pm.

With temperatures still around 26°C at kick-off, it’s shaping up to be another cracking evening to watch the football outside with a cold pint in hand ☀️🍻

And if you’re feeling peckish, TheShorthornbbq will be with us serving from 6-10pm, so you can grab some incredible food before the game and even sneak back for seconds during it! 😋🥩

Who’s joining us for England tomorrow then? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ⚽️

We’ll have the new 120” garden screen fired up as England take on Ghana in what promises to be another huge night at The Goat.

With temperatures expected to still be well into the 20s by kick-off, it looks like perfect weather for an evening in the garden with a cold pint in hand. ☀️🍺

We’ve also got TheShorthornbbq with us serving from 6-10pm, so you can tuck into some of their incredible signature ribs before the game, then jump back in for seconds at half-time! 😋🍖

Kick-off is 9pm, but if you fancy grabbing one of the prime spots in front of the screen, I’d get down early.

TOMORROW we’ll be showing the big England game on our huge new garden screen! 🤩⚽️

120 inches of football, cold pints and hopefully another England win as the Three Lions take on Ghana.

With highs of 34°C forecast, we know you want to be outside for this one! ☀️

Kick-off is live from 9pm, but I’d definitely recommend getting down early if you want the best seats.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandads, stepdads and the other special people who fill that role in our lives. Hope you’re all being thoroughly spoilt today! 🍻

If you’re looking for somewhere to spend a couple of relaxed hours together, we’d love to see you down The Goat.

A few pints in the garden, a game of pool or darts, maybe even a fiercely competitive game of Giant Jenga… sounds like a pretty good way to spend a Sunday to me 👌🏼

We’ve also got plenty to keep everyone fed and watered with fresh cobs, bar snacks, cask ales, lagers, wines, spirits, low & no alcohol options and soft drinks 🔺

What another incredible turnout last night. Thank you to every single one of you who came along and made it such a brilliant evening.

A special thank you to Nicky for choosing to celebrate your 60th birthday with us. We hope you had a fantastic night.

It was also great to see the Abbots Bromley Living History group join us… especially the two “nuns”! That’s certainly not something you see in the pub every day! 😂

And, as always, a huge thank you to our regulars. The support you all show us, event after event, never ceases to amaze me. Seeing the pub and garden packed with familiar faces is what it’s all about.

A couple more quick thank yous to Smashing It Burgers for keeping everyone well fed, and to The Brightsides for yet another cracking set.

If you’re in need of a little hair of the dog, we’ll be open from 12pm.
