BRETAGNE - Face à la baie, la regarde la mer changer. Dinard d'un côté, Saint-Malo de l'autre, la maison posée comme un trait d'union entre les deux.
On y a trouvé une maison d'hôtes façon pension de famille, un style so British qu'on a aimé sans réserve : tissus foisonnants, motifs qui se répondent d'une pièce à l'autre, canapés profonds où l'on se love un verre à la main. Un cocon pensé par Sophie Bannier, qui y pose un regard sûr, sans jamais forcer le trait.
Dehors, un chemin descend vers la plage. Dedans, plusieurs fois par semaine, le chef imagine le menu de la table d'hôtes, au fil des saisons, locale, généreuse.
L'accueil, lui, ne laisse rien au hasard : prévenant, juste, jamais démonstratif.

BRITTANY - Facing the bay, watches the sea shift, Dinard on one side, Saint-Malo on the other, the house standing as the link between the two.
We found a guesthouse with the soul of a family pension, a British style we loved without reservation: rich fabrics, patterns that echo from room to room, deep sofas made for lingering over a drink. A cocoon shaped by Sophie Bannier, whose eye is sure without ever overplaying it.
Outside, a path leads down to the beach. Inside, several times a week, chef Rémi Ledauphin composes the table d'hôte menu, following the seasons, local, generous.
The welcome, meanwhile, leaves nothing to chance: attentive, precise, never overplayed.
