Waiting in the dark to catch the sunrise was certainly worth it in Tuscany. The Tuscan mist was magical as it hung low over the rolling hills, creating an ethereal and dreamlike atmosphere until it lifted giving a feeling of tranquility I will never forget 💚

Waking up at 4.30 in Tuscany was tough, but totally worth it. The pre-sunrise mist blanketing the hills was a sight to behold. As the sun began to rise, the mist slowly cleared, revealing the stunning beauty of the countryside and time stood still ❤️

Tuscany sunsets are considered to be some of the most breathtaking in the world. Here’s one I captured literally an hour after I arrived which perfectly showcases the rolling ridges of the hills bathed in golden light with the sky painted in the most stunning hues. It’s moments like these that make travelling so special.

If you love veggie chilli then stop right there! Especially if you haven’t tried vegetarian chilli with chocolate😉For years I was making chilli without chocolate but adding chocolate has been a game changer! It adds depth and richness to enhance the chilli and bring it to another level. It doesn’t make it too sweet as I use 90% chocolate but boy does it taste good! So go ahead and check out my recipe, link is in my profile. Chilli nights will never be the same again 😉
