Hard-boiled eggs fried in a sweet, tangy sauce with tamarind. Great side-dish or main meal if teamed with rice.

The classic hedgerow recipe, enriched with VeggieTruc's stock and crème fraîche.

NETTLE SPANAKOPITA TRIANGLES : 1.50 €
A Springtime twist, swapping out the spinach filling for nettles and feta, encased in flaky filo pastry.

NETTLE PAKORAS : 1.50€ V
Showcasing nettles but still with VeggieTruc's Indian onion and spice mix.

BLACK BEAN & ROAST PEPPER CHILLI : V
6.00€ or 8€ with rice.
High in protein, tasty, but not too spicy, made with smoky chipotle chillies. ( spicier on request)
