This Sunday, taste India’s royal and rustic sides —

👑 Thor’s Hammer Nihari 🍖 — inspired by Old Delhi’s royal kitchens. A premium beef shank, brined, tandoor-charred and slow-cooked for hours in a rich smoky Nihari curry. Deep, bold, and melt-in-your-mouth tender.

🌿 Dal Makhani — made with whole black urad dal, slow-simmered overnight with butter, tomato, and fenugreek for a creamy, comforting finish. Naturally high in protein, iron, and fibre — rich, nourishing, and deeply satisfying.
