We have a **dedicated preparation team** responsible for all food preparation, while our **operations and sales teams** focus on serving you at our stalls. Our staff are trained in proper food handling, wear **gloves and hairnets**, and follow strict cleanliness practices.
Our preparation kitchen is kept **clean, tidy, organized, and properly managed**, because we understand that food safety is not something we can compromise on.
