As the owner of NC’s BBQ, I am very pleased and proud to see my team holding the fort, embracing the challenges, and continuing to serve the community of Suva with dedication and commitment.
We humbly gave our family-owned business the name “The Best BBQ in Suva.” So, when someone takes it a step further and proudly calls us “Fiji’s Best BBQ,” and says it out loud, we are truly honoured! 🥹❤️🇫🇯
For us, it is more than just a name. It is a responsibility to maintain the quality, consistency, and service that our customers have come to know and trust. We know that we cannot do it alone, and we are deeply grateful to every customer who continues to support our family business.

Our staff are the backbone of NC’s BBQ. Their hard work, sacrifices, dedication, and commitment are what keep this business moving forward, even when the challenges come.
I firmly believe that it is worth investing in your workers and paying them well because they are the ones who take care of your business when you are not there. When you look after your people, empower them, and treat them with respect, they are better positioned to look after your business and your customers.
