While having lunch today I realized something..I found myself searching for a taste which i remember I got when my mum used to cook this..something I used to have back at home
Simple rice fried in ghee and other simple ingredients which I made for my lunch, though it turned out good, yet the tatse is not as mums
Some recipes are not learned,or sometimes taste doesn't come from only the ingredients but a mother's touch..some flavours are from her love..a mums touch is truly unmatched.❤️
