Tänä vuonna Flavourium on taas paikalla tarjoilemassa uusia makuja 🍹😋

Vuoden 2020 HDF tapahtumassa baareja oli mukana seitsemän ja yhteistyökumppaneita peräti kaksikymmentä. Tarjolla oli satoja toinen toistaan maukkaampia cocktaileja, alkoholilla ja ilman. Viikonlopun aikana cocktaileja nautittiin ruhtinaalliset yli 8000 kappaletta! 🎆🥳

Kyseisenä vuonna tapahtuman suosituin piste oli Flavourium-baari joka tarjoili yli 500 cocktailia viikonlopun aikana. Flavourium sijaitsee fyysisesti Triplassa, jos et malta odottaa HDF:ään asti 😉

A21 Decades - Hiisi

For our modern twist of the El Diablo, we wanted to showcase a Finnish devil instead of the spanish one. In Finnish folklore and mythology there are many different types of mythical creatures that live in the forest. Hiisi is a small, evil and malicious creature (or at least a bit naughty). The common Finnish phrase “painu hiiteen” refers to these little beings. This forest green drink reflects the vicious nature of Hiisi. A21 Decades - Kaupppatori

For our modern twist of the iconic New Orleans drink Vieux Carré, we looked for inspiration from our own old square. Kauppatori, the Old Market Square, is the central square of Helsinki by the harbour where both the Presidential Palace and Helsinki City Hall are located. The first week of October is one of the busiest times of the year when the annual Helsinki herring market is held. A21 Decades - Blue Skies

Our first decade this spring is 1910's with Aviation. Aviation recipe was first published in a book Recipes for Mixed Drinks (1916) by Hugo R. Ensslin, the head bartender at Hotel Wallick in New York. It is an aromatic and floral combination of gin, maraschino cherry, creme de violet and lemon. Our modern twist of Aviation is inspired by the Nordic sky that is known for its deep captivating blue colour. However, rarely a day passes without the drifting white clouds. Our clear spring days are full of bright light and fresh air with the scent of flowers and trees.
