We have received few feedback about that there were 'rock' a like pieces in some dishes.
At first we were thinking that it could be the pieces of crystallize crane sugar or tamarind seed but our staff member just found this and we want to inform you that those pieces were crystallize tamarind pieces, they are no harm just super hard and not nice to bite.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will check it better when using this product.

In fact, Thai Vegan Kitchen was not our real name at the beginning. But when we started with the food truck, people only called us Thai Vegan Kitchen 🤣. 

Client on the phone waiting for food : No, I am not in the office, I am getting food from Thai Vegan Kitchen 

So, why not call ourselves Thai Vegan Kitchen? 🤣 Since it is easier anyway 😁😁.

“You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one.

I was a meat lover until I got exposed to what is hidden behind the scene of animal agriculture. That hiddenness of violence turn me into thinking and questioning myself on what is the least I could do, is there a line where I could exploit the others at the slightest?

How did I change? What did I begin with?

Well! It was simply starting from cooking for myself and my family, trying different things to see what works the best for my tastebuds that I grew up with.

Later on, I found out that the violence still exists, it is still actively on. It might go off from my head but it never stops in reality. Why?
