Bursa Koivu-Mankkaan ravintola valmistumassa kätevästi metroradan varrelle. Metroaseman ”Urheilupuisto” viereen . Maaliskuussa 2019.

Bursa is a Finnish slang word for burger, used by burger lovers. Bursa Hietsu offers premium burgers, ribs, salads and weekly specials in the old Hietalahti Market Hall. Our quality meat patties and other meats come from Roslund, a family owned butchers that has been providing meat lovers with premium Finnish meat since 1935.

Our brioche comes also from a Finnish family owned bakery, Kanniston Leipomo. We make all the mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise and other dips on your burger to our own special recipes. Enjoy your burger with our craft beers, organic wines or a refreshing soft drink. Or ask for the world class Finnish tap water free of charge – It´s some of the best in the world!

We also have a wider selection of cooling drinks during summertime on our 70- seater terrace.
