Exciting news awaits! Our culinary journey has come full circle, and it’s time to unveil the sensational CasaMoro Promised Vegan Cafe.🥕🥦🍠.

Flashback to 2019: Our humble beginnings with Herra Kauppias at Redi, pioneering the vegan buffet as a takeaway sensation. Fast forward to today: We’re thrilled to invite you to dine in and relish the unique CasaMoro flavors predominantly vegan .

For those who’ve been with us from the start, you might recall MO Café in Malmi, crowned the Best New Restaurant by City-lehti in 2016,Since then, our culinary explorations have soared. We’ve been crafting new recipes and perfecting the palette of our Moroccan street cuisine, a true feast for the soul and a friend to the environment.

They say it’s all about the journey, not just the destination. The CasaMoro project has been a testament to this wisdom(cafe Caisa,Fez restaurant,Cafe stoa ,Sandro mania,MoCafe) What a phenomenal ride it’s been! Post a vibrant festival summer, we embarked on an immersive journey to Morocco with our chefs and partners. There, we delved into the heart of our flavors, savoring authentic experiences with local families, connecting with long-time and newfound friends, immersing ourselves in local enterprises, and soaking in the Moroccan sun and its rich culture. Every moment was pure magic.

This transformative trip has deepened our connection with Moroccan culinary art and sparked new creativity, giving birth to an even more exhilarating Marocnavian twist.

Thoughts after the festivals 2023

Dear Guests, Family and Friends,
What a summer! Our festival period started in the end of May, and is ended in September at Tokoinranta, serving the guests at Helsingin Juhlaviikot. Almost every weekend we brought our Vegan flavours and free style :-> to festival guests. It was a privilege to serve our Street kitchen in over 14 events this year, and to get so much positive feedback, which really warmed our hearts and gave us a unique drive to Rock The Casbah Big time. Each event had their special characters, and our Moroccan twist added taste to them. It was a lot of work; but we enjoyed every second of it. Serving our guests without loosing our smiles, and we were SO happy to see you all in our queue over and over again :->
In order to be able to focus on the quality, we stayed in the close proximity of our home base; Espoo was the furthest we went this summer :-> This enabled our staff to have a bit of rest, before next encounter ; when production kitchen and on site workers were taking their turns in the heat.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! From the bottom or our heart, we thank each member of the staff, our partners, sponsors and each festival and event organizer! Your trust in us, dedication in each task and seamless co-operation made all this possible. We got so many valuable memories, lessons and friends to cherish over the dark months of winter. We will be back to get some more next summer.
Since you have been asking about our restaurant or a Café Spot, we will bring soon the good news. What we can reveal now is, that there will be one… it will be a Vegan Creative spot with sustainability in its core, and of course soul satisfying food experience.
For now, CasaMoro is not sleeping through the winter, though. You can find our tastes as packed meals, as usual in K-Supermarket Redi and through Wolt. And soon from Citymarket Malmi also!

🇲🇦 Terveiset CasaMorolta:

🇲🇦 Honestly we cannot find the words to describe what is happening in Morocco now.
This week has been an emotional rollercoaster.

🇲🇦 The images of broken houses, victims, and people mourning for their loved ones, filled the news and social media. We feel the pain deeply inside of the shaken nation, struggling but also coming together in solidarity.

🇲🇦 Over 2900 deaths reported until now, thousands injured, and tens of thousands have lost their homes. People have to start from scratch, to rebuild their lives and secure shelter and food for their families. On behalf of our team, staff and partner, we want to send our deepest condolences to all victims.

🇲🇦 Our decision : K-Supermarket Redi & CasaMoro want to participate in the rebuilding. Small part, 15 % of all CasaMoro sales will be used to help. Working closely with our contacts in Marrakesh, we will help them to purchase locally the needed goods. Also, goods -both bought and donated ones, will be sent from Finland to Morocco. The winter is coming, and there is need of tents, blankets and warm clothes.
