Vietnamese Coffee · Cà Phê Phin
After several rounds of tasting and testing, we’re excited to introduce a new bean for our Vietnamese coffee 🥳
Both of our “Đen” and “Nâu” are now brewed with single origin Vietnamese Robusta, roasted locally in Tampere, Finland by our talented friend Long Nguyen Tai Long from Mokkamestarit
We wanted to find a bean that stays true to the character of Vietnamese coffee while bringing more clarity and depth to the cup. The result is a bold, aromatic Robusta with notes of chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, and rich, bittersweet character we love in phin coffee.
Come try out the new beans and let us know what you think ☺️
For both Đen and Nâu, we prepare the coffee fresh to order using the traditional phin filter.
We’ll set everything up for you, and you get to watch the phin slowly drip and finish the brewing at your table. The brewing process takes around 10–15 minutes, so please expect a little wait.
