It’s a pretty amazing feeling when years of planning come together and we see the restaurant full every night. We couldn’t be more grateful ! 🙏

We’ve also had to turn away quite a few people simply because we’ve run out of space.

So if you’re planning to join us for dinner, it could be a good idea to reserve your table in advance.

And you can always try your luck at the bar counter as well, whether it’s for a glass of w**e or a full dinner.

Some of this week's herbs, berries and edible flowers were picked from our own garden this morning.

It's one of the things we love most about this time of year, working with ingredients that are truly in season and harvested just before they reach the kitchen.

A new favourite by the glass. đŸ·

Spompanadeln 2023 by Katharina Gessl comes from Austria’s Weinviertel region.

It is a low-intervention blend of GrĂŒner Veltliner, Weissburgunder and Riesling, with notes of citrus, lemon curd, yellow apple, pear and ripe mango.
