Tras una hermosa etapa en Bonalba, Vinoteca Los Sobrinos ha cerrado temporalmente sus puertas. Pero no hemos estado quietos…
Durante esta transición hacia nuestra nueva y fantástica ubicación en Mutxamel, he aprovechado el tiempo para viajar por algunas regiones vinícolas muy especiales. Desde el Haut-Languedoc, pasando por Épernay en Champagne, hasta el sur de Inglaterra — Sussex — una región vitivinícola en pleno desarrollo.
Allí descubrí algo realmente especial: elegantes vinos espumosos elaborados según el método tradicional champenoise. Una auténtica revelación.
Toda esta inspiración la llevamos con nosotros a la nueva vinoteca. Muy pronto volveremos a abrir nuestras puertas, con nueva energía, nuevos descubrimientos y, por supuesto, grandes vinos para compartir.

Tijdens deze overgang naar onze nieuwe, fantastische locatie in Mutxamel heb ik de tijd genomen om te reizen langs enkele bijzondere wijnregio’s. Van de Haut-Languedoc, via Épernay in Champagne, tot aan Zuid-Engeland — Sussex — een wijngebied in volle ontwikkeling.
Daar ontdekte ik iets bijzonders: verfijnde sparkling wines, gemaakt volgens de traditionele méthode champenoise. Een echte openbaring.
Deze inspiratie neem ik mee naar onze nieuwe vinoteca. Binnenkort openen we opnieuw de deuren, met nieuwe energie, nieuwe ontdekkingen en natuurlijk prachtige wijnen om samen te beleven.

After a wonderful period in Bonalba, Vinoteca Los Sobrinos has temporarily closed its doors. But we certainly haven’t been standing still…
During this transition to our exciting new location in Mutxamel, I took the opportunity to travel through several remarkable wine regions. From the Haut-Languedoc, via Épernay in Champagne, to Southern England — Sussex — an emerging wine region producing impressive sparkling wines.
There I discovered something truly special: refined sparkling wines made according to the traditional champenoise method. A real revelation.
All this inspiration will be part of the new vinoteca. Very soon we will open our doors again, with renewed energy, new discoveries, and of course wonderful wines to enjoy together.
