CARAMEL-FILLED BRIOCHE DONUTS

Ingredients

For the Dough
• All-purpose flour – 3 cups (375 g)
• Warm milk – ¾ cup (180 ml)
• Instant yeast – 2¼ tsp (7 g)
• Sugar – ¼ cup (50 g)
• Eggs – 2
• Melted butter – 60 g
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

For the Filling
• Thick caramel or dulce de leche – 1 cup

For Coating
• Granulated sugar – ½ cup

Instructions

1. Combine warm milk, yeast, and a teaspoon of the sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

2. Add flour, remaining sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Gradually add the melted butter and knead for 8–10 minutes until the dough is smooth, soft, and elastic.

4. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–1½ hours, or until doubled in size.

5. Gently deflate the dough and divide it into 8–10 equal portions. Shape each into a smooth ball.

6. Place on parchment paper, cover, and let rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy.

7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes, until lightly golden. Do not overbake so the centers stay soft.

8. While still warm, roll each brioche donut in granulated sugar.

9. Make a small hole in the side of each donut and pipe in the caramel or dulce de leche until generously filled.

10. Serve warm or at room temperature, with extra caramel for dipping if desired.

Sirve a temperatura ambiente.

🍖 Crispy Air Fryer Pork Chops Delight 🌿

Ingredients

• 4–6 thin pork chops (about 2 lbs)
• 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 eggs
• Spray oil
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup white vinegar
• 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp dried oregano
• 2 tbsp red pepper, finely chopped
• Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

1. Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes. Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels before breading.

2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add the Italian and panko bread crumbs. Lightly toast the crumbs until golden, stirring frequently so they brown evenly. Set them aside to cool.

3. Once cooled, combine the toasted crumbs with the flour, garlic powder, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the 2 eggs until smooth.

4. Dip each pork chop into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Immediately press it into the seasoned crumb mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.

5. Arrange the breaded pork chops in the air fryer basket without overcrowding them. Lightly coat with spray oil, then cook at 375–400°F for about 10–15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the coating is crisp and the pork is cooked through.

6. While the pork cooks, prepare the fresh sauce. Combine the 3/4 cup olive oil, white vinegar, chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, jalapeño, dried oregano, chopped red pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir until well combined.

7. Transfer the crispy pork chops to serving plates and spoon the fresh sauce over them just before serving.

Rollos de hojaldre, manzana y canela. Para 6 rollos.
Ingredientes:
- 1 lámina de hojaldre rectangular de 230 g
- 300 g de manzana verde laminada fina (unas 2 manzanas medianas)
- 50 g de azúcar blanco
- 30 g de azúcar moreno
- 5 g de canela molida (1 cucharadita colmada)
- 15 g de mantequilla derretida para pincelar
- harina para la mesa
- papel de horno

Pasos:
