🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE | CLEANING WORKERS

🧹 Following the heavy rains today, the Los Alcázares Town Hall will begin cleaning and recovery efforts in the affected areas **tomorrow, starting at 5:00 AM**.

📍 For this reason, residents of the following areas are asked to:

▪️ La Dorada Urbanization
▪️ Vicega
▪️ Las Villas de Madrid

🚗 **Remove vehicles parked in these areas before 5:00 a.m.** to facilitate access for cleaning crews and allow the work to be carried out as quickly and safely as possible.

⚠️ It is important to keep streets and access areas clear so that municipal services can carry out the planned work.

🙏 Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Together, we can help restore normalcy as soon as possible.

🚗 **Que retiren los vehículos estacionados en estas zonas antes de las 05:00 horas**, con el fin de facilitar el acceso de los equipos y permitir que los trabajos de limpieza puedan realizarse con la mayor rapidez y seguridad posible.

⚠️ Es importante dejar libres las calles y zonas de acceso para que los servicios municipales puedan desarrollar las labores previstas.

Good afternoon, peeps! 🌧️

As we’ve all been aware throughout the week, we’re expecting some pretty bad weather today, Friday. We’ve taken reservations and have put the inside area back to how it should be so we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

We’ve made the decision to open today and come in specifically to cater for you, despite the weather, because we’ve known about the rain all week and have prepared accordingly. If you’ve made a reservation but are no longer planning to come, could you please let us know as soon as possible?

We completely understand that the weather can change plans, but please bear in mind that we’ve opened and prepared the venue specifically for the reservations we have. We have to fire up our three-pan range, prepare all the food and have everything ready in the bain-marie, as well as getting the whole inside area set up for you.

So, when cancellations are made at the last minute — especially when the weather has been forecast for the whole week — it unfortunately isn’t fair on us. We’ve made the decision to open, bring staff in and prepare everything based on the bookings we have.

If we don’t have enough bookings due to last-minute cancellations, it may simply not be worthwhile for us to open in future on days with this kind of weather.

We completely appreciate that plans can change, and we’re not asking anyone to come out if they genuinely don’t feel comfortable. We’re just asking that, if you do need to cancel, you please give us as much notice as possible so we can make the right decision about opening.

Friday is our busiest day, so we strongly recommend booking as early as possible.

The deadline for making a Friday table booking is Thursday at 6:00 p.m. Any Friday booking requests received after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday cannot be guaranteed.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but times cannot be guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed.

Not sure of your plans and don’t want to book in advance? You’re more than welcome to take a chance and come along! Tables may become available depending on how long other customers stay, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a table.

We’re currently fully booked until after 8:30pm. If you’d like to order a takeaway, please feel free to send us a WhatsApp message on 711 066 880, giving us plenty of time to get your order into the system and ready for you.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we really appreciate your understanding. We do recommend booking a little earlier, especially on busy evenings, to avoid disappointment.

And don’t forget, we’re also open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so there are extra opportunities to come and enjoy a meal with us throughout the week! ❤️
