🇹🇭🌶️ THAI COOKERY CLASS – CLASS 2! 🌶️🇹🇭

What a fantastic day at the beautiful Millers Hotel in the heart of Frigiliana! ❤️

Our second Thai Cookery Class was full of fun, laughter, plenty of chopping, stirring and sizzling — and, of course, some absolutely delicious Thai food! 😋🍜

Everyone got stuck in and worked brilliantly together, learning new techniques and creating some amazing dishes from scratch. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

There’s nothing better than seeing everyone enjoying themselves, learning something new and then sitting down together to enjoy the food they’ve made. 🥰

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me — you were a fabulous group! ❤️

🇹🇭🌶️ THAI COOKERY CLASSES ARE UNDERWAY! 🌶️🇹🇭

Today was the first of our Thai Cookery Classes and what a fantastic day we had! 👩‍🍳❤️

As you can see from the photos, everyone was very hard at work! 😂 Lots of chopping, mixing, stirring, cooking and learning — with plenty of tasting along the way, of course! 😋

It was brilliant to see everyone getting stuck in and having a go. The kitchen was certainly busy, but there were lots of laughs along the way too!

We cooked up some delicious Thai favourites and learned some great tips and techniques to recreate these dishes at home. 🇹🇭🥢

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me today — you were fantastic! 👏

And the best bit? We’re doing it all again next week! 🎉

I have two more Thai Cookery Classes next week, so there’s plenty more Thai cooking, eating and fun to come!
