We strip everything back using only the best quality natural ingredients to bring you wholesome and flavoursome food and delicious fresh juices. We have options which are low in carbohydrates, low in sugar and include superfoods to ensure your body thanks you as well as your tastebuds. When life can be so busy it is easy to put our own wellbeing to the bottom of the priority list, not only by how

we live but also what we eat. Healthy food is so often considered to be mundane and boring but we shouldn't have to compromise. We can enjoy food that tastes delicious but is full of healthy goodness too. After a dramatic career change in 2014, Anne Mountney went to
work in the wellness industry and having learnt so much about health and wellness, she was inspired to live a healthier lifestyle. Watching in frustration as so many friends and colleagues struggle constantly with their weight, fad diets and yo-yo dieting, she felt the urge to reach out and help them. Anne’s friend Lisa, the owner of Brew Rock was one of them. Following a conversation with her one day over a cup of coffee, Lisa explained her frustrations of fitting in healthy eating, as a busy mum of three children and owner of two businesses. After sampling some of Anne’s dishes and recipes, N**e Food at Brewrock was born.
