Thank you all for your continuous support and orders. We have been using locally bred meat as we can not import the meat from outside due to current restrictions and inflated and unjustified prices. The local meat from the best breeders in the country has been of fair to medium quality. We can only supply our customers with the best quality. The meat we bought in the local market does not meet our restrict criteria of quality. We have stopped delivering temproray until we either can import again or find a local breeder that meet our high standards Of quality. We ask you to be patient and follow up with us. Where Brisket Comes From

Brisket comes from the breast section of the animal, under the first five ribs. It is a large boneless cut and usually weighs in anywhere from 8 to 20 pounds (4-10 Kg).

Delcious ribs just out of the smoker few minutes ago. It needs to rest for 30 minutes before serving. To allow the juices to redistribute.
