🎨🐦 Getting ready for today’s Art Birds opening!

The Gastroventures kitchen is busy this morning putting together the food for today’s celebration!

Today’s catering menu includes:
🌯 Pinwheel sandwiches
🌭 Mini pigs in a blanket
🍇 Fresh fruit skewers
🧀 Cheese & veggie skewers
🍫 Brownie bites

I love getting to take Gastroventures beyond the Farmers Market and be a small part of special events happening right here in our community. Good art, good people, and good food sounds like a pretty great Saturday to me.

And a little reminder: Gastroventures is available for small-event catering! If you have a gathering, opening, party, meeting, or celebration coming up, send me a message and we can put together a menu that works for your event and budget.

Now... back to the kitchen. I have a few more skewers to make! 😂

Over the past six months, I've been paying close attention to what you've been ordering and loving most. I've streamlined the menu to focus on your favorites while making room for something new!

🌽 New permanent menu item: Black Bean Ceviche A fresh, colorful blend of black beans, corn, tomatoes, scallions, lime juice, and olive oil. Perfect as a light lunch, side dish, or dip with tortilla chips!

🍚 August Special: Creamy Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding Rich, creamy, comforting, and made the traditional way. Available with raisins or without—and vegan upon request!

Thank you for continuing to support homemade food made with fresh local ingredients. Every order helps keep Gastroventures growing, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
