Pastalab is looking for an experienced Pastaiolo Chef to join our street food concepts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce fresh pasta daily

• Manage high-volume production while maintaining quality and consistency

• Organize mise en place and kitchen workflow

• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards

• Work efficiently in a busy street food environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pasta Chef

• Experience in high-volume production kitchens

• Ability to work fast and stay organized under pressure

• Passion for Italian food and fresh pasta

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Valid CPR number (Danish personal registration number )

Important:

• Applicants must already have a CPR number

• Accommodation is not provided
