This is the food Amer (founder & CEO) grew up on — the kind you’d find sizzling on bustling street corners all over India, scooped hot straight off the pan.
Aloo = potato. Tikki = a little round patty. A humble name for something seriously full of flavour.

Each patty is shaped by hand by our Indian chefs. We boil the potatoes, then work in fresh coriander, green chilli, cumin, ajwain and kasuri methi — a hint of rice flour to finish, then pan-fried until golden and crisp.
And the sidekick? Our very own mango mayo. Sweet, fruity, and everything those warm spices were missing 🥭
